Brian Feser

S. Scottsdale & PV Territorial Manager, Owner

Brian helped start Homeworks in 2011 as a result of recognizing an opportunity to help clients past the initial stage of home construction. He felt there was a lack of quality and dedication to a home's maintenance and enhancement after it was built. Brian’s portfolio of work is extensive as he has managed every aspect of home remodeling, home repair and property management at HomeWorks during the last 8 years. Prior to 2011, he worked at Argue Custom Homes as a project superintendent and project manager on residential luxury custom homes. His calm demeanor, extensive experience, and knowledge of the construction process/management, as well as client communication/interaction, has given him the skills needed to successfully meet and exceed his clients' expectations.

Brian is a big believer in professional development and looks for every opportunity to further enhance his skills to ensure a successful outcome for every situation. As a senior member of the HomeWorks team, he is the consummate team player and believes it is important to pass his knowledge, experience, organization, and skills to others in HomeWorks and also learn from them.

Brian was born in Washington but grew up in Arizona since the age of 3. In addition to working at HomeWorks, he is a husband, father of five (3 girls and 2 boys) and enjoys remodeling/repairing his personal home, gardening and camping.

Andy Pope

Andy Pope, an experienced property manager, is known for providing an unparalleled red-carpet experience to his clientele. Driven by his desire to build long-lasting relationships, Andy’s passion for people can be traced back to over 20 years of experience in customer service and the hospitality industry. His experience includes managing at the Boulders Golf Resort followed by taking part in the opening of the Silverleaf Country Club in 2004 where he spent over 10 years with those who are now part of his North Scottsdale Territory clientele.
Andy takes great pride in delivering superior service and value to his clients. He has built a terrific team that shares this desire which has allowed the company to significantly expand its footprint over the past few years. Overseeing and managing the home management process as well as larger, complex remodels is an extremely personal responsibility to him, requiring trust that is only built through a solid network of experienced and professional tradesmen. While home management is his primary job function by day, Andy also enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with this family.

Logan Gangsei

N. Scottsdale & Desert Mtn Territory Manager, Owner

Logan was born and raised right here in Arizona, following in the footsteps of his father who is a native as well. He has been in and around the construction industry his entire life, starting with job site cleanup for his Dad’s electrical business as his first summer job. Since that time, Logan has developed a love for the construction industry and has taken great pride in using his skills and knowledge to turn his clients’ house into the home they love.
His experience is wide-ranging across all sized homes and price ranges. Before HomeWorks, Logan worked for 3 years doing remodels and additions for several companies. Logan has been with HomeWorks for a little over 3 years and has worked on and managed projects ranging from: a new multimillion-dollar custom home build; full luxury home remodels; smaller remodel projects; and property management.
His experience, passion, and energy are a great asset to HomeWorks and are the reason why his clients’ satisfaction is so high. His leadership, drive, and commitment to excellence in every aspect of the company continues to help his team excel and grow. A fun fact about Logan is he has a great passion for classic cars and the very first car he bought was a 1966 Ford Bronco that he still owns today.

Jim Grant

Sales Manager

Jim joined Allhaus after a 24-year career as Vice president and Board of Director of Spellman Hardwoods. Over his career he managed sales, brand management, and most importantly procurement of decorative products that end up in your home from the drywall-in. Jim’s strengths in the raw materials area will be instrumental in innovative material selection, and smart material procurement for our clients. Married for 26 years, and a father of four great kids, Jim is a welcome addition to the Allhaus management team.

Henry Canto

Project Manager, Plumber

Originally from California, Henry moved to Arizona at the age of 23. He has been in the repair and construction service industry since 1995. He graduated from RSI, an air conditioning / electrical trade school and has since become a highly accomplished and seasoned plumber who also has experience repairing appliances, air conditioners, pool equipment and minor electrical.
Henry worked for a Home Builder as a superintendent which provided him with great experience in construction and remodeling. His passion for remodeling then led him to start is own remodeling company which he ran for 6 years. Henry joined HomeWorks in January and has been a tremendous asset to the team.
Most impressive is Henry’s passion for exceeding his clients’ expectations. His strong communication skills and client perspective make him a joy to work, so much so that he now calls past clients, friends. As Henry states, “My goal in AllHaus is to give our client the best experience possible regarding any project they are looking to do.”
Henry is married for 25 years and has a son and 2 daughters. His hobbies include cooking and helping his family and friends with repairs needed around their home. Henry clearly loves what he does!

Tina Nagel

Accountant

After a thirty-year career working in architecture in both Los Angeles and Phoenix, Tina opened her own business caring for homes in the Silverleaf community and surrounding North Scottsdale areas. During this time, she was introduced to Tom Argue through a mutual business associate and learned of his need for an office manager for his new home services company, AllHaus. Since 2011, Tina has been with AllHaus handling accounting, contracts, and client/subcontractor interface. Tina will tell you that the best part of her job is working with all of the employees because they’re dedicated, hardworking and have great personalities. As almost a native to the valley, Tina has lived in Arizona since 1960 with a 14-year stint in Los Angeles. She and her husband have been married 42 years and currently live in North Scottsdale. When Tina isn’t in the office, she enjoys hosting dinner parties, attending local Friday night happy hours and photographing Arizona’s beautiful sunsets or monsoon storms. Tina loves adventure having sailed and crewed the Bahamas on a 100’ ketch. She has traveled the entire USA via Amtrak train and has found her favorite places to escape the heat are Telluride and Coronado Island.

Dimitris Katsignis

Home Management Specialist

Dimitris has been working for AllHaus since early 2018 and is responsible for managing over thirty homes. He was born and raised in Athens, Greece, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education with an emphasis on training people with physical disabilities. In Greece, he worked as a personal fitness trainer and owned a retail store selling fitness equipment and health/wellness supplements. However, in 2009 he met his wife, Rachel, who was visiting Greece from Phoenix. The rest is history!

In 2011 Dimitris moved to the United States and became a naturalized American citizen in 2015. As he still owns a home and his family in Greece, Rachel and Dimitris try to visit every summer. Those that know Dimitris will say his best qualities are his extremely positive attitude, sense of humor and strong desire to excel at everything he does. He loves the teamwork environment present at AllHaus and is a valuable part of the AllHaus team. Dimitris’ favorite aspect of working with clients is being able to provide exceptional home care so his clients can be worry-free while away. When he’s not on-property, Dimitris loves to play basketball and drink wine.

Eliseo Perez

Home Management Specialist

Eliseo has been in the valley for over 15 years and offers 38 years of hospitality and customer service experience. He is bi-lingual, speaking both fluent English and Spanish, which advances communication across AllHaus’ vast multitude of trade partners. Eliseo reports to some of AllHaus’ longest and most loyal clients on a day-to-day basis. His energetic and kind personality is loved by team members and clientele alike. Eliseo is thankful for working in a dynamic team setting and most enjoys seeing the outcome of his client’s finished home. Outside of home care services, you can find Eliseo hiking or shaking-up the world’s best margarita. He spoils the AllHaus office with Tacos and Tequila on special occasions.

Desiree Feser

Home Management Specialist

Desiree Feser joined the AllHaus team as a Homecare Specialist in 2018. Her favorite aspect of her job is knowing that she is making her client’s lives easier. With her keen attention to detail, Desiree builds a deep level of trust with her clients, which she believes is necessary in the home management business. Having been born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Desiree is an expert on the valley. She is married with five kids and loves spending time with family. Between her work and kids, Desiree is constantly learning new things every day and enjoys the challenge her job brings.

Vladimir Barahona

Site Superintendent

Vladimir is a Site Superintendent for AllHaus and has been working with the team for over 2 years. Before he became an AllHaus AllStar, Vladimir worked for 5+ years in various construction trades. Currently, he oversees daily operations for remodel projects and is in charge of the day-to-day scheduling and site supervision of all remodel sites. He thrives off of the variety his work offers and is passionate about the challenges and learning experiences every remodel offers. Vladimir believes client happiness is most important and feels most rewarded in his work when a project is completed. Outside of work, Vladimir stays busy. He is married with 3 children - 2 girls and 1 boy. His hobbies include camping, working on his cars and spending time with his family.

Peter Kruse

Home Management Specialist

Peter has lived in the Valley for over 20 years. He started working for an electrical company at 16 years old and performed a 3 year apprenticeship throughout high school under a retired NASA electrical engineer, working as a hardware repair technician for the Arizona Republic. While in college, Peter founded and operated a pool company that was later sold to pursue a path in yoga and holistic health.
Working as a handyman in the Valley for over 12 years, Peter takes invaluable pride in quality work, possessing an indistinguishable eye for detail in many different trades. Prior to working for Allhaus, Peter was a Facility Coordinator for BASIS Scottsdale and an Operations Manager for a logistics company that specializes in refrigerated produce. He is also a registered EMT.
Outside of working hours, Peter is usually practicing yoga, working in his garage or out enjoying the luxuries of life. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast that loves mountain biking, rock climbing, riding motocross and exploring the vast wilderness.

Anthony Mancine

Home Management Specialist

Anthony was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He graduated with a degree in Business Managment from NAU. While in Flagstaff, Anthony spent 3 years working on the campus grounds as a landscaper. Moving back to the Scottsdale area, Anthony has acquired 10 years of aquatics experience (7 years as a Manager) for The City of Phoenix and City of Scottsdale. He is now the newest member of the AllHaus Team and is excited to be a part of our AllHaus Family! Outside of work, Anthony has always enjoyed rugby (he played in college) and plays from the Scottsdale Blues. In addition to athletics, his hobbies also include traveling, snowboarding and spending time with his cat named Connie.
