Cory Lauterbach

Operations Manager

Cory was born in Carmel, CA. In 1993, he moved to Arizona to play baseball and attend ASU.

Following his time at ASU, Cory entered his professional career and worked in the retail industry as an Operations Manager for over 20 years! He worked for companies like Target and Best Buy,
specializing in customer service, hospitality & loyalty, and managing overall operations.

As AllHaus’ Operations Manager, Cory enjoys the challenges of solving client concerns, issues, and specific needs to make their homes enjoyable beyond their expectations.

Cory has been married for 18 years and has 3 daughters. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his family. Some of his favorite things to do include hiking, mountain biking, and LOTS of golfing!

Jarid Bortz

Home Care and Small Repairs Manager

Jarid has spent over a decade working in property management. With 10 years of experience in Maui, Hawaii, a year of experience in Dallas, TX, and nearly a year in Arizona, Jarid brings his expertise to every project and job-site.

As AllHaus’ HomeCare and Small Repairs Division Manager, he focuses on meeting the needs of our home owners to ensure they are receiving top-notch care and customer service. He works closely with all team members of the AllHaus family to ensure timeliness and efficiencies.

One of his favorite parts of his job is getting to be a servant leader. He enjoys coming alongside others and achieving the goals set before the team.

Jarid loves spending time with his wife and daughter. They are both ballerinas and waiting outside the studio for them to get done dancing is the highlight of his day! Jarid lives by John 15:13, “Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.”

Luis Perez

Home Repair Specialist

Luis has spent the past 14 years in Arizona managing maintenance and handyman work. With years of experience in the field, he loves to confront challenges and use his skills to create lasting solutions.

His favorite part of the job is the everyday challenge. He believes that every project and task is extremely important to ensure the overall comfort and efficiency of the home.

Luis believes that his top skills are being very responsible and energetic. He enjoys being a part of the AllHaus family and serving his clients with the utmost professionalism.

In his spare time, Luis loves to go hiking and fishing!

Hayden Bishop

Superintendent

Growing up, Hayden lived in Maryland, Ohio, and California. However, he will always call Arizona home, as he went to high school and college in Arizona (go AZ Wildcats!). Hayden has a strong skill in building relationships and connecting with diverse personalities, which he credits to living in 5 states by the time he was 18 years old.

Prior to working at AllHaus, Hayden was in the financial services industry for 3 years. Joining the AllHaus team in August of 2021, Hayden has been in constant contact with clients ensuring that work is accomplished correctly, efficiently and on time. He credits communication as the key to his role.

Hayden’s favorite thing about his job is getting to form unique relationships with each client and learning about each client’s specific need and vision.

In his free time, you can find Hayden out on the golf course (sometimes competing with his brother), eating good food and learning new skills.

Jim was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else! Having over 30 years of experience in hospitality as an Operations Manager, his career has always strived on customers and loyalty. He is proud to be able to bring his loyalty and customer care to AllHaus clients!

Expertise and skills from the hospitality, customer service & loyalty-based industry has led Jim into his current position. Every day, Jim gets to help and satisfy clients’ needs and expectations. Jim says, “A challenge to individual clients becomes a goal to satisfy their needs and expectations. Every home and client brings a different challenge. It is exciting to meet those challenges head on to accomplish the goals for the client.”

During Jim’s free time, he enjoys spending time with my wife and his two dogs. However, he says that his wife, Nicole, keeps him busy on his days off with their ladies boutique, POSH!

Bob Miller

Job-Site Superintendent

Since 1971, Bob Miller has been involved with all aspects of the construction trade. He was a licensed contractor in California for 18 years, working his way from an apprentice to a journeyman carpenter.

In 2001, Bob made the move to Arizona and has been a resident of the valley ever since!

As an Allhaus Job-Site Superintendent, Bob oversees multiple job sites and ensures that high quality is constantly being obtained to achieve the top standard of home care, repairs and renovations. Bob’s favorite part of his job is meeting and working with homeowners, teammates, and subcontractors.

Bob loves spending time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys cooking and working in his yard during his free time!

Project Manager

Craig was born at Good Samaritan Hospital and has been an Arizona native for more than 5 decades. He graduated with an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Computer Information Science from Glendale Community College. He interned for the Honorable Jon Kyl, a senator and representative from Arizona. Craig is also an USN Veteran, Quartermaster rate.

After his military service, he returned home and has worked in residential construction ever since. Over the past two decades, his trade specialty has been carpentry, with skills in concrete, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, and paint. Craig is a National Association for the Remodeling Industry (NARI) certified remodel project manager, with a decade of experience as a Project Superintendent/Project Manager.

Craig is married with 3 kids, 1 grandkid, 3 dogs, 3 cats, and 3 fish. In his own words, Craig says, "For some reason I feel like I need at least two more grandkids!" Craig enjoys watching the kids chase the dogs, chase the cats, chase the fish...and seeing his wife's reactions! As he says, these are the "GOOD TIMES!"

Brian Feser

S. Scottsdale & PV Territorial Manager, Owner

Brian helped start AllHaus in 2011 as a result of recognizing an opportunity to help clients past the initial stage of home construction. He felt there was a lack of quality and dedication to a home's maintenance and enhancement after it was built. Brian’s portfolio of work is extensive as he has managed every aspect of home remodeling, home repair and property management at AllHaus during the last 10 years.

Prior to 2011, he worked at Argue Custom Homes as a project superintendent and project manager on residential luxury custom homes. His calm demeanor, extensive experience, and knowledge of the construction process/management, as well as client communication/interaction, has given him the skills needed to successfully meet and exceed his clients' expectations.

Brian is a big believer in professional development and looks for every opportunity to further enhance his skills to ensure a successful outcome for every situation. As a senior member of the AllHaus team, he is the consummate team player and believes it is important to pass his knowledge, experience, organization, and skills to others in HomeWorks and also learn from them.

Brian was born in Washington but grew up in Arizona since the age of 3. In addition to working at AllHaus, he is a husband, father of five (3 girls and 2 boys) and enjoys remodeling/repairing his personal home, gardening and camping.

Henry Canto

Sales and Estimating Manager

Originally from California, Henry moved to Arizona at the age of 23. He has been in the repair and construction service industry since 1995. He graduated from RSI, an air conditioning / electrical trade school and has since become a highly accomplished and seasoned plumber who also has experience repairing appliances, air conditioners, pool equipment and minor electrical.

Henry worked for a home builder as a superintendent, which provided him with great experience in construction and remodeling. His passion for remodeling then led him to start his own remodeling company, which he ran for 6 years. Henry then joined AllHaus and has been a tremendous asset to the team.

Most impressive is Henry’s passion for exceeding his clients’ expectations. His strong communication skills and client perspective make him a joy to work with - so much so that he now calls past clients, friends. As Henry states, “My goal in AllHaus is to give our clients the best experience possible regarding any project they are looking to do.”

Henry has been married for 25 years and has a son and 2 daughters. His hobbies include cooking and helping his family and friends with repairs needed around their homes. Henry clearly loves what he does!

Tina Nagel

Accounting

After a thirty-year career working in architecture in both Los Angeles and Phoenix, Tina opened her own business caring for homes in the Silverleaf community and surrounding North Scottsdale areas. During this time, she was introduced to Tom Argue through a mutual business associate and learned of his need for an office manager for his new home services company, AllHaus.

Since 2011, Tina has been with AllHaus handling accounting, contracts, and client/subcontractor interface. Tina will tell you that the best part of her job is working with all of the employees because they’re dedicated, hardworking and have great personalities.

As almost a native to the valley, Tina has lived in Arizona since 1960 with a 14-year stint in Los Angeles. She and her husband have been married 42 years and currently live in North Scottsdale. When Tina isn’t in the office, she enjoys hosting dinner parties, attending local Friday night happy hours and photographing Arizona’s beautiful sunsets or monsoon storms. Tina loves adventure having sailed and crewed the Bahamas on a 100’ ketch. She has traveled the entire USA via Amtrak train and has found her favorite places to escape the heat are Telluride and Coronado Island.

In addition to raising three creative and independent children, Kim has worked within a wide range of industries. Her diverse specialties gained from each career experience has taught her a great deal about company culture management and successful organizational communications.

As Kim manages AllHaus’ bookkeeping, she finds interest in learning the ins and outs of the industry while keeping track of the small details. She enjoys hearing about the innovative home renovations and repairs occurring in the field and understanding how our team is striving to exceed client expectations each day!

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves being outdoors and participating in outdoor activities!

Michelle Cosgrave

Michelle has 18 years of wide-range experience in customer service including the mortgage industry, landscaping, medical records and prior authorization. She enjoys finding solutions to issues and making people happy. In fact, culture and client satisfaction are so important to Michelle that she trained de-escalation teams within her previous customer service positions.

Michelle is a mother of 3 and a grandmother of a beautiful granddaughter.

She was raised here in Arizona and loves the outdoors. She is a country girl that loves to camp and fish!

James Dressler

James has been in the custom home building & commercial architectural millwork industry for 30 years.

He worked his way through the ranks from lead framer, to tile setter, to plasterer, and to cabinet maker. Following, he received his own general contractor license in the beautiful state of Connecticut.

James' motto is: “Do it Right, Do it Light. Do it Wrong, Do it Long!”

He is very happily married for 15 years, has 3 amazing children and 1 trusty dog.

In his spare time, he enjoys snow skiing, boating, and (maybe) enjoys golf a little too much!

Daryl has been an Arizona resident for over 25 years and has been in custom home building and remodeling his entire life. Born in California, he started working with his father building and remodeling custom homes on the Monterey Peninsula including Carmel, Pebble Beach, and the surrounding areas.

Daryl is a Certified Remodeling Project Manager through the National Association for the Remodeling Industry (NARI) with over 2 decades of experience in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Daryl has covered all aspects of home building during his career from pouring the foundations to completing the finished product.

Daryl enjoys working with clients to make their visions a reality. “To watch the transformation from the first concepts to someplace you can call home is truly rewarding. That is genuinely my favorite part of the process.” He has had the opportunity to work on beautiful and unique projects over the years for clients and enjoys the relationships that he has built with clients.

Daryl is married with 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren. When he is not working on homes, he enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with his family. Daryl is also a volunteer with the Arizona Rangers, a statewide Law Enforcement Auxiliary. You may find him anywhere throughout the state on evenings and weekends, giving back to the communities in Arizona through his service work.

Davis Basham

Home Care Specialist

Davis was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Davis has 35 years of excellent communication skills and customer service experience. Throughout Davis’ career, he has received numerous awards for his excellent customer service and follow through skills with his customers.

The nature of Davis’ job includes the ability to manage properties through project needs and provide seamless transition between arrival and departure for property owners. His top priority is making sure a property owner is completely confident in their property being safely maintained and in alignment with their expectations.

In his free time, Davis enjoys spending time with family and friends. Some of his favorite hobbies are spending time on the Colorado river, boating, fishing, and doing other water sports. Davis’ true passion lies in restoration of classic cars, which he does most weekends throughout the year!

Robb Rood

Project Superintendent

Robb was born in Baltimore, MD. At the age of 16, he began working in construction. In 1995, Robb decided to make the move to Salt Lake City, where he owned a construction company managing projects for incredible clients. However, after 14 years, Robb was on the move again! He relocated to Anchorage, Alaska and found his passion working on high end remodels. 

In the Fall of 2021, Robb moved to Arizona and joined the AllHaus team. He brings his years of experience, expertise, skill and customer service to every project he is involved with. 

When Robb is not working, you can find him on the trails mountain biking, playing the drums, or spending time with his wife and 3 cats.

Project Supervisor - Texas

Jacob has been working in the remodeling industry for over 25 years. From a young age, Jacob learned that being competent and confident in your skills and building deep trust with his clients are keys to his success. He has a deep understanding of the remodel process and is a strong communicator with clients, trade partners, designers and architects.

Juan Ramirez

Painter + Drywall Specialist

Juan has spent the past 22 years in Arizona. As AllHaus' Painter and Drywall Specialist, he joined the team with 10 years of experience. His favorite part of his job is connecting with clients and helping their visions come to life. His meticulous and detailed work helps a house become a home!

When Juan is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Married for 26 years and a father of four great kids, Jim has done a fantastic job leading the AllHaus sales team efforts and aligning new client needs with company talent. In late 2020, Jim moved his family to Dallas, TX where he is now utlizing his project management skills and strong communication talent to lead the charge for AllHaus Texas!
